McDonald`s in Medicine Hat

Very poor experience. In the middle of the covid-19 pandemic, this is the poorest quality restroom I've seen. No papers or soap for customers in the ladies. My boyfriend had to clean the washroom before he could use it and still felt sick after double sanitizing. The staff was informed about the quality of the restrooms and still did nothing about it up to 30 minutes later after we left. Corporate McDonald's needs control of this location as it is as bad as it is. There is no excuse for risking the health of paying customers.

They take your order and money at the drive thru but make you park out front, everytime, and they deliver cold food to your car...

Good family friendly restaraunt kiosks need cpu upgrade or something they start lagging when your rushing tapping things other than that good location clean restraunt while I was there and fast service

Quick-service but... hamburger and fries were cold!

Absolutely the worst drive through service of any fast food place I have been at. It seems no matter what your order you are sent to wait in the patching spots for your food. I’m not sure if they don’t have the staff or the updated machines but the food making is so slow every time I’ve been here.

It was quicker to get our tire fixed at all tire the it took to get food.

Ordered a double Q.P. with cheese. Got only 1 patty and no cheese. Meat was soggy and tasteless! Not even worth $1.00 .

Listening skills training is what they need for some staff. Continually get coffee order wrong (after correcting 3 times), tastes burnt, or watered down. Come on, it's a coffee. Now they've eliminated the coffee and muffin combo pricing. Oh well, they've only had 2 types of muffins for the past month. Now avoiding this poorly run location.

An older McDonald's that is a bit on the slower side but the store has ample seating and friendly staff.

Pretty standard McDonald's. Everything is the same as usual. I feel a bit fatter after eating it.

Early morning coffee and breakfast before setting out on our journey.

This location can be unpredictable. I have had excellent meals and I have had horrible meals. Today we went through the drive thru and ordered threecDeal Meals. Two.were special orders and the third.was regular. Everything was fresh and hot. My only issue was one of the burgers was flat, as if it had been sat on. 🤷 Haha. The taste was fine and special.order was correct. Service was fast. Overall a great experience.

Ordered a BLT quarter pounder. Had no tomato, no lettuce and no sauce on it. Extremely disappointing, please be honest and say you don't have something rather than take my money. Will be telling others to avoid this location. Last of several bad experiences here

One coffee's fine the other is like warm and has grounds in it

Told us to pull over to wait for food then forgot about us had to go in and they started the order again. Just passing through on way to calgary so it took time from our drive. Staff was too busy hanging out rather than working but at least I now know what they all did this weekend... Thanks for taking 45 min of our lives and not giving us a refund or apology for the wait. BRUTAL.

Staff was very rude through the drive through, would not listen to what I was ordering, after double checking my order three times they still gave me the wrong food order.

The worst ... the slowest, the stupidity is amazingly high.. I was so impressed with they brilliantly slow service

Its macdonalds over priced . Not very good food. Small burgers big money. Not to mention customer service , repeat order 3 times. Get food order is wrong. Its frustrating when the server does not understand what you are saying. But I don't understand them either. Not a place I go often.

The last 3 or 4 times we've come through they don't have toys/books or happy meal boxes. I don't know about you, but my kids like McDonald's for the happy meal experience. I understand it happening once, but for it to happen many times over a few months is a management issue that needs to be addressed. Someone is not ordering correctly. We will be going to another location from now on.

Not going there again bought an ice coffee and there was a bug in it

Parked everytime coming through drive through. Tried getting money back instead of waiting on days I was in a rush and surprise my food came out the window faster than a manager could refund my money. They park to shave times off their dt time to get better stats for head office

Told to wait everytime watch 5 other vechiles leave while I wait for fries and my burgers where dry and old tasting

Went in tonight to get food with my motorcycle. I asked for a sturdy bag so it wouldn't rip so I could park and eat at their outside picnic tables (after regular hours, only drive through open) they wouldn't give me the sturdy bag as they said it's only for skip orders. I asked if they could bring it to the tables for me given the circumstances, they refused as it was after hours and a liability. So I parked my bike to pick up my food at the window so I wouldn't risk spilling my food all the way to the parking. Then they wouldn't give me my food because I wasn't on/in a vehicle. They said it's policy like they're saving lives or something. Zero common sense! So I asked for a refund for a 22$ order and they only refunded me 16$ (realized after checking my bank account). These guys are a joke, worse customer service ever.

Been over 10 minutes and still waiting for just two Sausage McMuffin's. VERY slow drive thru service. Not impressed especially when I plan my trip out of town for an appointment so I'm now crunched for time.

This is one of the most frustrating experience I have ever had at a Mc Donald's. Night shift is always wondfull. But when you have to deal with people with no understanding of a semi doesn't fit in a drive thought. Only response I got was I can't serve you cuz you don't have a car......... WTF

Great service and location

As experiences go here it was below average. I dont expect allot from McDonald's but.. the food was slow to get out many of the staff seemed very new and unsure of what they were doing, the veteran staff they did have seemed to not care if there were customers there or not to hear their conversations. Probably wont stop at this location next time we drive through.

Unfortunately things did not go well. Took over 10 minutes to get my order. And I was returning to have a replacement burger corrected from a previous visit. Shift manager although somewhat helpful was like a deer in the headlights and didn't clue into the situation very well. With managers like that how could other staff members have a clue and even an ounce of respect. Lord help us :(

Very fast service, food was hot and fresh. I always order the filet o fish so I often experience less than fresh product at most McDonald's but this one had the best sandwich I had ever had.

Been going here since i was a small kid. Also worked there at one time.

Our order took a while and we were missing half of the items. It was corrected until we sat down to eat and discovered several items were wrong. Despite these negatives, it was McDonald's and we got what we came for, below-average food at an average price. Good music though

Over priced for what you get. Way better burger places for the same money out there so I don't waste my money here. Good coffee tho.

Usually always a wait, longer wait when it's slow. I ordered a 10 PC nugget meal and the nugget box was dirty, and my coke had no syrup (I got carbonated water) I suggest driving to a different location personally.

Really liked the "egg mcmuffin" at this boutique eatery. I hope they make it. Many restaurants don't survive very long.

Literally the worst McD’s in med hat. Ordered a green tea with two honey. I had to repeat myself three times because the order taker put down coffee lol. I asked for a cup of ice when i ordered and wasn’t given one. When I asked for one at the second window I also asked for an empty drinking cup. The MANAGER got mad ( yes she raised her voice) and said in a really rude tone of voice how manny cups do you want??!. I’m guessing she didn’t Know I ordered a cup of ice when I first ordered then an additional empty cup at the second window. Also when I got my tea it had an earl grey tea bag in it but on the sticker it says coffee add 3cream add2 honey lol. So they didn’t even get my order right. This was at around 8:30 this morning. I’m writing this because I was so surprised a manager could treat a costumer like this and didn’t even check to see if what she was handing out was correct.

I'm usually not the type to complain but the past two times I've been to this location I've been served microwaved sandwiches. Nothings worse than getting soggy hot lettuce and mayo on junior mcchicken, disgusting. The staff was friendly at least.

It's a great McDonald's. Been here my whole life. I come here Everytime I come into town. Still recognize a lot of the faces.

They have 2 drive through lanes but 1 person answers both, so it's not really faster. Also the fries were hot, but not fresh. Pretty sure they had been re fried.. still a pretty standard McDonald's though. Not bad but I'd go to box springs even though they might be a little slower.

How can they burn the sausage and eggers two days in a row?And even after I called them on the first day.

4 guys in one truck, and they got everything right in 5 minutes... Impressive.

Actually awesome. Though I visited on McHappy day so it is extra good. McDonald's is doing a terrific job of adopting to the modern age.

CAN'T CONSISTENTLY MIX A COFFEE TO SAVE THEIR DANG LIVES! McDonald's in this city need to learn a thing or two from Tim Hortons about coffee consistency. When done right the coffee is superior to Tims but more often then not it's awful...I don't know if it's not being mixed properly or if the coffee is just old but they need to get their sh!t together.

Why do they say they r open 24 hrs but r closed by 11 but the other two McDonald's dont close till 12am and dont advertise they r open 24 hours lol jokes
